We do not operate a blog.  We collect information via our Contact Form.  That Contact Form is for clients and potential clients seeking our help.  We do get solicited from various vendors, headhunters, and professional collaborators via the Contact Form – that is okay as long as it relates to sales tax solutions.  

Media

We do not permit uploading of media to our site. 

Contact Forms

We use Contact Form 7 on our website.  The information is forwarded via our website hosting company via secure webmail service. We use the information provided on the Contact Form solely to serve our clients and prospective clients. 

All information is held in the strictest of confidence and  will never be sold or given to anybody for any purpose unless required by law.

Cookies

This website is built on the WordPress CMS and uses various plugins and tags for effective management of the site. 

Plugin: Really Simple SSL:   Really Simple SSL and Really Simple SSL add-ons do not process any personal identifiable information, so the GDPR does not apply to these plugins or usage of these plugins on our website. 

Plugin: Smush:  Smush does not interact with end users on their website.  The only input option Smush has is for site admins of their website only.

If you submit information through our CONTACT form that information and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize your contact history and ensure consistent reliable service. 

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have submitted information through our CONTACT form you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.  Simply advise us via the contact form and your request will be honored.

Where We Send Your Data

Visitors may be checked through an automated spam detection service. All Contact Form information is stored in our secure encrypted cloud account.  The information entered into the Contact Form is also transmitted via secure encrypted webmail.  This includes support for Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) email encryption, protection against brute-force login attempts, and Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attack protection. All of these add up to provide extra layers of defense for you and your business.

What Data Breach Procedures We Have

This site uses automatic CMS version and security plugin updates to keep the site functionality and security current. Secure automated and manual backups are performed routinely. No sensitive or “personal” information is transmitted via the website contact form. Access via admin login to the site is restricted. Strong unique passwords are employed. There are no shared access accounts.
